Our catalog of alchemical products offers a wide variety of hard-to-find merchandise intended for persons active in many non-traditional disciplines, including the Hermetic sciences and alchemy, meditation, shamanism, psychic arts, sacred art and music, alternative therapies and healing modalities, and hundreds of other similar categories that lie outside mainstream consumerism.
HOW to USE OUR SMART SHOPPING CART
ORDER ONLINE by CREDIT CARD
1) Visit the Crucible Catalog and select the products you want to order by clicking on the "Add to Cart" Online button. Enter the quantity of the items you desire on the secured Shopping Cart form.
2) Continue
shopping. Your items are
stored in your secured Shopping Cart until you are ready to check out.
3) Select "View Cart" or "Check Out" when you are finished shopping. You may use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, ATM Card with the Visa or MasterCard logo. The cardmember ID, CVC, or CVV2 number is the last three digits near the signature panel on the back of the card, as shown at right.
4) During checkout, you may also pay using PayPal. Click PayPal Approved Countries to see if your international order will be accepted by PayPal.
ORDER by ONLINE CHECK
1) Visit the Crucible Catalog and select the products you want to order by clicking on the "Add to Cart" Mail/Fax button. Enter the quantity of the items you desire on the Shopping Cart form.
2) Click "Check Out" and fill in the billing and shipping information.
3) Select the eCheck radio button and click Continue. Fill in the online check information. You need to provide your name, email address and bank account information in order to complete the payment process. Have a check from your bank account in front of you to enter your bank account details into the form. Click "Send Money" to complete the transaction.
1) Visit the Crucible Catalog and select the products you want to order by clicking on the "Add to Cart" Mail/Fax button. Enter the quantity of the items you desire on the Shopping Cart form, which will be transmitted to us. All you have to do to complete the order is send us payment and reference the order number or a printout of the form.
2) Continue shopping. Your items are stored in your Shopping Cart until you are ready to check out.
3) Select "Check Out" when you are finished shopping and print-out the form. You may use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or ATM Cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo in the section for Credit Card Payment or include a check or money-order for the total amount due with mailed payments.
4) Fax your completed order form to (916) 760-0823.
5) Or Mail the form with your payment or credit card information to our Processing Center. Make checks payable to "IAG Services Inc."

3) Call toll-free to place your order: (877) 782-7389. We can only take orders on this line! If you have a question on a previous order, please use Customer Service so we can research you inquiry.
You select your METHOD OF SHIPPING at the time the order is placed. Shipping options include USPS (U.S. Post Office) Priority Mail, Express Mail, USPS Global Priority Mail, USPS Airmail, and all Federal Express domestic and international options.
To find out the exact SHIPPING COST for an order before you place it, follow these three steps: 1) Go to www.Crucible.org and add the items you wish to order to the shopping cart and click the "Checkout" button. 2) At the top of the order form under "Shipping Methods" click on "See Rates." (You do not have to fill out the order form or enter any personal information.) 3) On the next page, enter your city and country information on the next page, and click on the "See Rates" button. You will see the various rates for available shipping options.
Standard Priority Mail takes to 2-3 days to arrive at most locations, although addresses on the East Coast may take 4 days during holiday periods. Tracking numbers, if available, will be emailed to you by the service provider. We reserve the right to change your selected shipping method if it results in faster delivery. Please note that "Next Day" or "2nd Day" refers to delivery time after your order leaves our facility, and shipping may be delayed for out-of-stock items. Shipping fees for shipped or returned orders are not refundable. Claims for items damaged during shipment must be filed with the original shipper.
Payment of the RUSH ORDER fee means we will process your shipment in one working day and send it out the same day if received before 10 AM PST. If an item ordered is out of stock, we will apply the fee to expedited restocking of the item or will drop ship it directly from the artisan or manufacturer to save time. Rush Order fees are not refundable. Most BACKORDERED ITEMS are filled within two weeks. Partial orders are held until backordered items arrive. If you wish partial orders shipped immediately and want to pay the additional shipping charges, please use our Customer Service form.
INTERNATIONAL shipments are sent by Global Priority Mail or Express Mail and customers are sent customs and tracking information by email. All international shipments are subject to customs and security delays that are beyond our control. Because of increased security measures in the United States, it is now required that all international orders over 1 lb be be personally hand delivered to a clerk at a post office. The US Postal Service also recently increased international rates significantly and changed their basis of calculation from weight to volume-based. Some carriers have also imposed a fuel surcharge to all shipments. Because of irregularities in postal service and customs regulations throughout the world, we cannot replace packages sent outside the United States. Packages rejected by foreign customs are usually not returned to us and cannot be refunded. Please note that because of increased fraud, we no longer accept any international checks or money orders. Any international checks or money orders received will be charged a $25 fee to be returned.

To order a Gift Certificate, simply click the "Add to Cart"button below for the desired amount. Then fill in the name of the recipient in the "Ship To" box with your message in the comments section. If you provide an email address of the recipient, the gift certificate will be sent immediately by email. Otherwise, a gift card in your name and the Gift Certificate will be mailed to the recipient.
