Spagyricus Laboratories is headed by Robert Bartlett, a professional chemist for over 25 years. Terra Vitae mineral salts are produced by a very unique process called the spagyric (spa-jeer-ik) process. What makes the Spagyric process unique? The term was coined by 16th Century physician and alchemist, Paracelsus. He combined two Greek words, meaning to separate and recombine. Schuessler's Cell Salts and the Biochemic Theory

The biochemic system of medicine is based upon the "cell theory" of Virchow in 1858. He said that the body is a collection of cells and that all medical treatment should center around the health of the individual cell. This was confirmed also by the German biochemist William H. Schussler (1873) amongst others, and together they developed a system of medicine based on cellular health.
