The reason we offer such low prices and unique products is that we are a non-profit organization staffed entirely by volunteers. Therefore we cannot respond to all inquiries. Please check our Customer Service page for answers to most questions. For inquiries on Order Status, follow the tracking link in your email receipt or click Order Status. Processing of orders can take up to five days. Backorders can take up to three weeks to ship. We do not answer any inquiries on order status unless it is 14 or more days after shipping. We do not wholesale to other companies nor process requests to share links.
Use this form only to cancel orders, make corrections, report shortages or damage, or inquire about tracking 14 days or more after the shipping date. Sorry but we cannot respond to any other inquiries at this time.
